    Executive Chef

    Executive Chef Ted Mathesius began his culinary adventures in Seattle, where he trained in both pastry and fine dining in some of the city’s finest restaurants and hotels. His passion for the kitchen then led him to resorts and restaurants from Colorado to Utah. A unique opportunity in the corporate dining world at Microsoft in Seattle brought Ted home to where it all began. Truth be told, Ted’s wife Sara is a Utah girl through and through and after they welcomed their first born child into the world, the desire to return to Utah was imminent. He is inspired by Utah’s bounty of local meats, produce and cheese and most importantly the family values and balance of the community. With over 25 years of experience, Chef Ted looks forward to sharing his knowledge, culinary creativity and expertise with you at Adobe Systems.

    Catering Manager

    Born and raised in Hailey, Idaho, Terry moved to San Francisco to pursue a hotel management career. After 20 years of working in luxury hotels and restaurants, Terry moved to Salt Lake City with her husband, Art. Terry continued her hotel career at Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley where she managed the Glitretind Restaurant, Front Office, Guest Services and directed the Catering Sales Department. She left Stein’s to assist Art with his granite counter top business. She also volunteered at The Huntsman Cancer Institute, aiding cancer patients undergoing treatment in the infusion room.

    Terry joined Bon Appétit with Adobe in November of 2012 to assist in the Lehi opening. She enjoyed working with the Adobe clients so much that she decided to stay. In her free time, Terry enjoys long walks with her dogs, cooking, food and wine, collecting cookbooks, yoga, hiking and health.
